Article 1 - Definitions

In these terms and conditions, the following definitions apply:

**Right of Withdrawal:** The period during which the consumer can exercise their right to withdraw.

**Consumer:** An individual who does not act for professional purposes and enters into a distance selling contract with a business.

**Day:** Calendar day.

**Ongoing Transaction:** A distance selling contract related to a series of products and/or services, where the obligation to deliver and/or purchase extends over time.

**Durable Support:** Any medium that allows the consumer or business to store information addressed to them in such a way that it can be consulted and reproduced in the future without modification.

**Right of Withdrawal:** The consumer’s ability to withdraw from the distance selling contract within the withdrawal period.

**Business:** An individual or legal entity that offers products and/or services to consumers at a distance.

**Distance Selling Contract:** A contract within the framework of a system organized by the business for the distance selling of products and/or services, which exclusively uses one or more distance communication techniques to conclude the contract.

**Distance Communication Technique:** A medium that allows for the conclusion of a contract without the consumer and the business being physically present in the same place and at the same time.

**General Terms:** These General Terms and Conditions for Businesses.

**Article 2 - Identity of the Business**

**Article 3 - Application**

These General Terms and Conditions apply to any offer made by the business, as well as to any distance selling contract and order concluded between the business and the consumer.

Before concluding the distance selling contract, the text of these general terms will be made available to the consumer. If this is not reasonably possible, it will be indicated before the conclusion of the distance selling contract that the general terms can be consulted at the business’s premises and will be sent to the consumer free of charge as soon as possible upon request.

If the distance selling contract is concluded electronically, in deviation from the above, and before the conclusion of the contract, the text of these general terms will be made available to the consumer electronically in such a way that it is easy for the consumer to store it on a durable medium. If this is not reasonably possible before the conclusion of the distance selling contract, it will be indicated where the general terms can be consulted electronically, and they will be sent electronically or otherwise free of charge upon request.

In cases where, in addition to these general terms, specific terms apply to products or services, the second and third paragraphs will apply accordingly, and in case of conflicts between general terms, the consumer can always refer to the more favorable applicable terms.

If one or more provisions of these general terms are wholly or partially invalid or annulled at any time, the contract and these terms will remain valid, and the relevant provision will be immediately replaced by a provision that, as far as possible, corresponds to the original intention.

Matters not covered by these general terms will be assessed according to the "spirit" of these terms.

Uncertainties regarding the interpretation or content of one or more provisions of our terms and conditions will be interpreted in the "spirit" of these terms.

**Article 4 - The Offer**

If an offer has a limited validity period or is conditional, this will be explicitly stated in the offer.

The offer is not binding. The business reserves the right to modify and adjust the offer.

The offer contains a complete and accurate description of the products and/or services offered. The description is detailed enough to allow the consumer to make an adequate assessment of the offer. If the business uses images, these are a faithful representation of the products and/or services offered. Obvious errors or manifest inaccuracies in the offer do not bind the business.

All images, specifications, and data in the offer are indicative and cannot serve as a basis for compensation or cancellation of the contract.

Product images are a faithful representation of the products offered. The business cannot guarantee that the colors displayed will match the actual colors of the products.

Each offer contains information clarifying the consumer’s rights and obligations arising from the acceptance of the offer.
